Yes, we can print your picture or logo on the inflatable products,and you can offer the picture in any format made by PDF or Adobe Illustrator.
Q4.Can you design one specially?
A:Yes,send us details and a sketch or a picture of your requirements and we will quote you our best price.
Q5.What included in products?
A:It is included inflatable game,blower,kit bag(including the same colors material, glue)
Q6.What kind of guarantee you give?
A:Our inflatable games can be used more than 3 years. If it is damaged, you can use the glue and material to repair it.Because it is too long distance to ship goods back, we will send a kit bag for every inflatable products.
Q7.Do your blowers meet CE requirements?
A:Our blowers have passed the certificate of CE.
Q8.What is the MOQ?
A:1 piece.
Q9.How can I order?

Q10.How can I pay?
A:Please transmit(T/T) the payment from your bank to our bank. Or pay by paypal and etc.
Q11.When will you start the order?
A:We will start your order after receiving the down payment which is 50% of total payment. When order finished, we will email you the finished pictures. We will send you the goods after receiving the balance payment.
Q12.How long is the producing time?
A:Our regular producing time for 1pcs inflatable game is 5-14 days, excluding ship or air transit time, from the date of confirmation. However, it can be +/- depending on the design and the dimensions.
Q13.What about the shipping time?
A:Can be delivery by air or by sea. The approxmate transit time by air is 5 business days maximum and by sea is 15-30 days. The shipping costs is different from different countries.
